1. Your first duty, step by step

Welcome to SecurityOnCall. This guide shows approved officers how to find a suitable job, manage a confirmed duty, and keep their work records in view. All examples use fictional information.

2. Sign in to your account

Sign in with your registered email and SecurityOnCall password. Your phone may unlock a saved password with Face ID. If sign-in fails, use Forgot password. Never share your password or a verification code.

3. Choose where you want to work

From your officer home, open Go Live. Choose at least one preferred region, then select Go Live to receive offers. Allow location access when you want nearby offers. Keep this page open while you are available.

4. Explore jobs that fit you

The map shows available jobs you qualify for. Automatic job cards match your preferred regions. Each card has twelve idle seconds. Open the job details to pause the timer while you review. If a card passes, you can revisit its map pin while the job remains available.

5. Check the details before applying

Check the site, date, duty hours, offered pay, reporting instructions, and required uniform. The card shows a black polo, white polo, or Uniform provided. Apply only if you can attend. Your request goes to the agency for review; it does not reserve a place.

6. Wait for the agency’s approval

Your request is awaiting agency approval. Job cards pause while you wait. You can withdraw this request to look for another job. The agency reviews your application and chooses whether to approve. After approval, your confirmed duty appears in the app. You can have one active duty at a time. Open My duties to review your assignment.

7. Tell the agency when you leave

From two hours before the shift, On the way becomes available. Select it only when you start travelling. This updates the agency; it does not check you in. If you cannot attend, contact the agency promptly.

8. Reply to the travel reminder

At thirty minutes before the shift, SecurityOnCall prompts you in the app if your travel status is missing. Reply On the way, or I haven't left yet. An unanswered prompt alerts the agency after five minutes. The agency may release your assignment to find a replacement.

9. Record your arrival and departure

At the site, open My duties and check in when your duty's check-in window allows it. Check out when your work ends. SecurityOnCall records the time, and the agency reviews your attendance. Refresh the duty if you need its latest status.

10. Keep your work records in view

Past jobs appear for thirty days. To retrieve older completed jobs, choose Request older job records and select dates within the last twelve months. Review your request. The statement link is emailed to your registered address; sign in and download the PDF within seven days.

11. You choose when to Go Live

To stop new job cards, choose Go Offline. Use Help and support for account access, work records, or corrections. You are ready to get started. Open SecurityOnCall, check your preferred regions, and Go Live when you are available.
